GANESH..... FROM RICKSHAW DRIVER TO SCHOOLBOY AT 14
SHIVA CHARITY

DAVINDRA ..... WASHING PLATES TO SPORTS PRIZES AT 14
Thanks to the generosity of Linda Weeks, SHIVA Charity was able to set these two boys back on track with their education. Ganesh left his village at 13, and was a rickshaw driver for more than a year in Kathmandu, and in a very vulnerable situation, with no proper home, no food, and no prospects. Now he has a nice place to live, and he has been a student for two years. He is very happy, and studying hard.
Davindra was also out of school. His father had put him to work, washing dishes at a local restaurant in Banepa. Now he attend St Michael's School.
